Purchase terms

  • No subscription. Each pack is a single payment, with no monthly fee, no renewal and nothing to cancel. To add more credits, buy another pack.

  • Paid credits are valid for 120 days from your latest purchase. Each pack you buy restarts the 120 days for all your paid credits. Credits left when the period ends expire, and the expiry is shown on your bill.

  • Sign-up bonus credits are free credits. They can be used only for direct generation in the composer, at each model's lowest settings, and they do not expire. When you buy a pack, they join your paid credits immediately.

  • Credits closest to expiring are used first. Credits that never expire, such as refunds for runs that failed on our side, are used last.

  • Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can request a refund for the credits from it that you have not used. You get back the pack's price for each of those credits, and they are removed from your balance. After 14 days, packs cannot be refunded, except where the law requires it.

  • Results made while you have paid features are kept for a year. Results made without them are kept for 30 days. The period is set when each result is made. It is not shortened when your paid features end, and it is not extended if you buy a pack later. After that, results stay in the trash for 30 days, where they can be restored, and are then deleted. Anything saved to Materials is kept regardless of age, and uploads do not expire.

  • Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes are shown before payment. No unlimited AI generation is included.
