Write to support@arumi.ai. This one address handles every question. Replies are sent by email, to the address you wrote from.

Writing from the email address you sign in with allows us to find your account immediately. We never ask for a password (Arumi accounts have none), and card numbers or other payment details should never be sent by email.

What we can help with

  • Your account and signing in: the Google or email link you use, and an account you want closed.
  • Credits and charges: a charge you do not recognise, credits owed, or a failed generation you think was charged by mistake.
  • Refunds: within 14 days of buying a credit pack, a refund of the credits from it that you have not used, as the Terms of Use describe.
  • A generation that failed or was blocked: the reason on its card, or a result that never arrived.
  • Files and storage: a file you cannot open, download or restore, and what is using your space.
  • Privacy requests: a copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account and everything in it, as the Privacy Policy describes.
  • Reporting content: something published in Explore or anything else on Arumi that breaks the Terms of Use. You can also use the Report button on a listing in Explore.
  • Everything else: feedback on a model or a page, an idea for a tool, or a business question.

What to include

  • What you were doing and on which page, for example the AI Video Generator or a creation in Explore.
  • For a generation: the model, roughly when you started it, and the name shown in your History or Recent.
  • For a charge or a refund: the line on your Usage & billing page.
  • A screenshot is useful when something looks wrong.

Where to find answers

  • Why a generation failed, and whether any credits were charged: on its card in History.
  • Every charge and the credits you received: on your Usage & billing page.
  • Credit packs and how credits work: on the Pricing page.
  • What Arumi is and how it treats your files: on the About page.
