Remove the background and download a transparent PNG
The AI background remover cuts the subject out of a photo of a person, a product, a pet or anything else, and returns a PNG with a transparent background. The result follows the shape of the photo and is made at 1K. When a picture contains more than one subject, the subject to keep can be specified.
Clean edges
The tool is instructed to remove the background completely and to keep the subject exactly as it is: the same shape, pose, colours and details, with careful edges around hair and fine outlines. It does not add, redraw or restyle anything on the subject.
Specifying the subject to keep
With one clear subject, no text needs to be entered. When a picture contains several subjects, such as two people, a person holding a product or a dog on a sofa, the subject to keep can be described in a few words, such as “the woman in the red coat”, and the rest becomes transparent.
Output at 1K
Transparent backgrounds are only available at 1K, about one megapixel, so every cut-out is made at that size and there is no resolution to select. This is suitable for a profile picture, a slide, a listing thumbnail or a sticker. The cut-out follows the shape of the photo; a picture wider (or taller) than 21:9 comes out at 21:9 at most.
Download and History
The finished PNG appears under the controls. It can be opened at full size to check the edges, downloaded immediately, or opened again from History at any time.
Common uses
Product photos for shops
Products on a clean, transparent background are ready for marketplaces, catalogues and ads, and can be placed on any colour or scene.
Portraits and profile pictures
A person can be cut out of a busy room or street for a profile photo, a team page, a slide or a poster.
Layers for design work
The result is a clean subject layer for a collage, a thumbnail, a sticker or a mock-up, without tracing edges by hand.
How to remove a background
Add a photo
Add a JPG, PNG or WebP image of the person, product or pet to cut out.
Specify what to keep (optional)
Leave the box empty for the main subject, or name the one subject to keep when there are several.
Download the PNG
The cut-out appears under the controls. It can be opened at full size, downloaded, or found later in History.
How credits work for background removal
Each cut-out is one AI generation at one price, since every cut-out is made at 1K.
Before you click, the Generate button shows how many credits this run costs. Automatic settings are priced at the most expensive possible tier. A successful generation is charged exactly the quoted credits. Failures caused by us or blocked by our content checks cost nothing. If the generation service does not charge for a failure, neither do we. If it does, you pay for the actual usage, capped at the quote, and the record shows the charge.
If the generation fails, the page states why and whether anything was charged. Failures on our side, and images stopped by our content check, cost nothing.
AI tools are part of every credit pack: they become available as soon as a pack is purchased and remain available for as long as the paid credits are valid. The Pricing page lists the packs.

Does the background remover change the subject?
The tool is instructed to keep the subject exactly as it is, with the same shape, pose, colours and details, and to change only the background. As with any AI edit, fine details such as text on a label should be checked before the result is used.
What resolution is the PNG?
1K, about one megapixel, in the shape of the photo. Transparent backgrounds are only available at 1K, so there is no other size to choose. Transparent areas are saved as real transparency.
Can I choose which object to keep?
Yes. A short description of the subject to keep can be entered, such as “the brown dog” or “the bottle on the left”. Without a description, the main subject of the photo is kept.
How well does it handle hair and fine edges?
The AI is instructed to keep edges and hair exactly as they are, and it usually performs well on clear photos. Very busy backgrounds, motion blur or subjects that blend into the background can leave rough edges, so the result should be checked on the checkerboard before use.
Which files can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WebP images. A file the tool cannot accept is rejected with the reason, and nothing is charged.
What does it cost?
One price per cut-out, since every cut-out is made at 1K. The price on the Generate button is shown before it is clicked, and the examples on this page show today's prices.
Where can I find my cut-outs later?
Every result is saved in History, where it can be previewed, downloaded again, renamed or deleted.
