How credits work for video upscaling
An upscale is one AI job whose cost follows the clip's length and the factor you pick.
Before you click, the Generate button shows how many credits this run costs. Automatic settings are priced at the most expensive possible tier. A successful generation is charged exactly the quoted credits. Failures caused by us or blocked by our content checks cost nothing. If the generation service does not charge for a failure, neither do we. If it does, you pay for the actual usage, capped at the quote, and the record shows the charge.
Video jobs take longer than images. The page can be left while the job runs, and the result waits in History. If the job fails, the page shows the reason and whether anything was charged. Failures on our side cost nothing.

Which factor should I choose?
4× gives the largest result and costs more per second; 2× suits most clips. 1× is for clips whose size is already right and only need a cleaner picture.
Which videos are accepted?
MP4 and MOV videos up to 50 MB. A clip the tool cannot accept is declined with the reason given, and nothing is charged.
How long does it take?
It depends on the length of the clip and the factor. Waiting on the page is not required; the finished video is saved in History.
How big is the result?
Width and height are multiplied by the factor and the shape stays the same. A 640 × 360 clip becomes 1280 × 720 at 2× or 2560 × 1440 at 4×, and stays 640 × 360 at 1×.
How is the price calculated?
From the clip duration and the factor, using the current price list: 1× and 2× share one price per second, and 4× has a higher one. Before you click, the Generate button shows how many credits this run costs. A successful generation is charged exactly the quoted credits.
