MP3 to video converter
Add a picture, or several that take turns, to a song, a podcast episode or a voice recording to create an MP4 that video sites accept. Nothing is uploaded.
MP4 output format
The video is H.264 with AAC sound at 25 frames per second, a combination accepted by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and most other sites. It starts playing before it has fully downloaded, and the picture lasts exactly as long as the audio.
Pictures and generated cover
JPG, PNG or WebP pictures can be used, and they either fill the frame, cropping the edges, or show whole on a blurred, enlarged copy. Up to 20 can be added; they take turns in the chosen order, each staying 3, 5, 8 or 10 seconds and starting over until the audio ends, while a single picture simply stays on screen. Without a picture, the tool draws a dark cover with a large gradient note and the name of the track underneath; the name can be edited or cleared.
Private and free
Everything happens on the device: no account, no credits, and the recording is never sent to a server. This suits unreleased music, a client interview or a private voice message.
Key features

No image needed
Without a picture, a clean cover with a music note and the title is generated automatically.

Which audio formats work?
MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, OGG, Opus, FLAC and WebM audio that your browser can read, up to 100 MB and 20 minutes.
Will the sound lose quality?
The audio is encoded once to AAC at 192 kbps, the format video sites expect. Starting from WAV or FLAC gives the cleanest result.
Why is it fast even for long audio?
The pictures do not move, so each one is encoded once and the round is repeated for the whole length of the track. Most of the time goes into the sound, and the first conversion also loads the encoder.
